2. Opening Hours
Our café operates during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

3. Orders & Payments
- We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Orders placed online or in-store are final and non-refundable, except in cases of errors on our part.
4. Reservations & Bookings
- Reservations can be made via phone or email.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations if customers fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
- For group bookings (above 4 people), a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will only be issued in cases of incorrect orders or quality issues, at our sole discretion.
- Cancellations for pre-ordered items or catering services must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid charges.
6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen facilities.
- Customers with severe allergies are advised to inform our staff before placing an order.
7. Code of Conduct
- We expect all customers to treat our staff and other guests with respect and courtesy.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended on our premises.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or other consequences arising from the consumption of our food or beverages.
